Winter activities
In the snowy Preunegg Valley near Schladming
Do you know this? You get up, look out of the window and see that it has snowed. Snow crystals glisten everywhere, the first snowmen have already been built and you can see tracks in the snow. Yes? - then you know the winter holiday in the Preunegg Valley. Not only skiing is possible on the 4-mountain ski circuit in the Schladming-Dachstein region. For the 'sporty climbers' there is a public piste track for touring up the Hochwurzen. This mountain also offers a 7km long toboggan run, which is also active in the evening. The great thing about it is that the Hochwurzen is only a 5-minute drive away from the Fresoldhof. For children, the Reiteralm and the Hochwurzen offer an exciting children's area where there is much to discover. If you want to take it easy, grab your snowshoes and explore the romantic Preunegg valley. Whether big or small - there is something for everyone.

A horse-drawn carriage ride is a must - being carried through the beautiful snowy landscape in a horse-drawn carriage is incredibly beautiful. You can experience this in Rohrmoos and Ramsau.
